Carbonate the Screaming Viking

You'll all have to bare with me until I figure this whole blog thing out. My posts are going to seem a little out of order. But it's all in fun so what the heck...
Here I am carbonating the The Screaming Viking and possibly coming up with a new name in the mean time....

Now it's time to see just what this tastes like. I'm just hopeing it doesn't taste like poop....

Looks like it all worked out and it tastes pretty good. It's been about 2 weeks since this one was kegged and it has just gotten better and better. I'm thinking that I might just like this All Grain Brewing!!!!
