Screaming Viking Continued

Now that the Screaming Viking has made it through all the fermentation it's time to put it into the keg.


Now that we transferred the brew from the secondary into the keg it's time to carbonate. I do this by jacking the pressure up to 30 psi and rolling the keg around on the floor to mix the CO2 in with the beer in the keg.

Now that we have the Screaming Viking in the keg and it's in the carbonation process we can do a taste test to see how the beer is going to taste. Let cross our fingers and hope that it doesn't taste like poop.
